The houses in the UD were dirt cheap around the early to mid 1990s. Then shot way up in price (five to ten times), and started going way down again. |

and people wonder why I liked (for the most part) the Dennis Archer Years... The price drops are everywhere. There are 345 houses priced under 20k in in my old, old zip code of 48219 |

Yeah my neighbors across the street and next door both got foreclosed on the houses when they bought them were going in the 300k range. Recently they were bought from the bank for 62 and 57k, I wish I was in the house buying market. Well those kind of houses market. |
