There was a forum member who used to post about a company she worked for (or she may have been the owner) that had a unique loan that rolled the cost of rehabilitation into the mortgage. I think the company was out of Southfield. Anyone remember what I'm talking about?

I'm not talking about the HUD 203 K loan, this was a unique product that this specific company offered.

I tried the search function, but was not able to find it.

Thanks in advance for any help!
