The recall of Speaker of the Michigan House of Representatives Andy Dillon has taken a strange turn: Foul play alleged in Dillon recall Group says the House Speaker's staffers try to hamper petitioning This was also covered on channel 4 the other night: Dillon's Recallers Blocked Leon Drolet, Director of the Michigan Taxpayers Alliance, is offering a $250 "bounty" for the identities of the blockers or "thugs" so that he may sue them. He has set up a web site to turn these blockers in Andy Dillon's Thugs So, what do think will happen with a mayoral recall campaign here in Detroit? |

I think Leon Drolet has bigger fish to fry than Andy Dillon. What a loser... he reminds me of all those taxpayer zealots living in Harrison Township. One tax vote does NOT a recall make... (Message edited by Gistok on March 19, 2008) |

Bigger fish than the Speaker of the House? To recall Jenny would take nearly a million signatures. Leon's the man. |

Leon Drolet is a "loser" for holding our elected officials accountable for raising taxes in a State where citizens don't have a dime left to give? |

That's right Gistok. Argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they're yours. |
