Would someone recommend to me a good place in Dearborn (I assume that's the most likely place to find it) where I can find middle eastern sausage and such? Meat in general (especially lamb) would be good, but in particular I am looking for merguez, a spicy lamb sausage. |

There are a couple of Halal Butchers in Eastern Market, you might want to give them a ring.
