What ever happened with the case of kimberly mallory, kfc manager who threw scolding hot water on the white homeless man in highland park on woodward. is she still managing kfc?

Fifty-year-old Bill Z.says he was panhandling outside the restaurant in July when Kimberly Mallory poured the water on him. The lawsuit seeks at least $25,000 and also names YUM! Brands and Kazi Foods of Michigan.
I'm sure he'll never panhandle outside that store again huh. |

I poured mop water on a bum who was playing possum at the Omni Hotel back in 88. This dirt bag decided to sack out in our lobby (Female) restroom, and refused to move. After the water, followed by a swift kick in the ass, he fled into the nice warm summer night. |

re-read it, it it says at least $25,000. That is how they do it.
And the McDonald's case was less than 600k, not Millions. |
