Here we go again.

In 1966 ex-SH&G architect William Kapp commissioned CP to produce a flag pole base - two copies of which were placed in Kennedy Square. At a later date (like when & why) Kennedy Square was dug up or something and the flag poles were moved to the Detroit Water Works Park (?) o Jefferson (?) where they still reside. I'm looking for the real story here so that I will not have to make up the details.

That's actually Chief Wahoo, from Cleveland. He looks like that at the end of every baseball season.
