Long gone, filled in with concrete. Cass Park is at Temple and Second.

Nice fountain,

There is one in a park in Sault Sainte Marie Michigan right near the locks similar to this one. In addition there is a huge dedication to Lewis Cass near the fountain. I would not be at all surprised if the park is not Cass Park as well. I will have to see the next time I go up to visit my family.
