There are numerous owners fot that land. Most if not all are speculators who have owned there for a long time. The largest landowner os Berry Gordy, because that is where Motown records was headquartered before they moved out to LA. | ||

For awhile, Motown had a holding letter on the SE portion of that land in anticipation of the development and construction of a Motown Museum. Not sure what the current status is with that project. | ||
