California is possibly one of the most brain dead states in the US. They think they're some how better than everyone else and need to have higher standards. The judge should just throw this case out. There should be 1 standard for cars nationwide.

I'm sure not all Jay Leno's cars would be up to their high and mighty standards.

What about the other 13 states that have indicated that they will join California's lawsuit? Are they jointly "the most brain dead states in the U.S."?
