What is the point of having the ability to award contracts if you don't award them to family? I mean civil service is all about how it can benefit you and yours right? |

jhart...to get anyone to logically respond, you have to explain who Carol Goss is, who Tom Goss is and the connection between the Skillman Foundation and Detroit Public Schools. |

Well, it wouldn't be a conflict of interest since Carol Goss and the Skillman Foundation are fairly pro-charter schools. However it might be that the DPS wouldn't be served well by the husband of the E.D. of the Skillman Foundation. |
