Anyone know if there is a benefit for Kwame to help with his appeal? Of course not, taxpayers are expected to throw good money after bad. His ego and bad behavior are costing the city plenty and overshadowing whatever accomplishments being made. Do you think the city should appeal or pay off the cops and move on? |

Pay them off and move on. The appeal is a waste of time. There was no real testimony in defense of the City...only preaching by the Mayor and his supporters trying to justify what they did. With the cost of legal fees...and the interest on the award they will pay if they lose, it definitely isn't worth appealing. |

I say use the money from the Kilpatrick Fund (or whatever it is called). The same entity that funded the luxury family getaway to the California Resort. Why throw more money into it? We're the poorest big city in the country. |
