Didn't see any A&W drive-ins on that list. Know there were a few in the metro area.

There is an A&W's at 12mi W. of Woodward in Berkley.

Rochester Rd. N. of I-75.

And one on M-15 N. of Clarkston, between their and I-69. Classic speaker & car-hop type places.

At least that is what I recall from the past few years.

The Berkley A & W is on 12 Mile just east of Greenfield (yes west of Woodward, but quite far west) and is still open as of a couple of weeks ago anyway. My husband's family lives in the area so we visit frequently.

The A&W on Rochester has been gone for about 10 years.

The A&W's in Berkley and Clawson (Maine S of 14) are owned by the same person. He started working there in High School and has continued onto ownership.

There was an A&W on the road that goes around the east side of Walled Lake. Not sure if it is still there, didn't see it on that website one way or the other.
