Ive had a labor agreement for years. I go to work, do my job, get paid. As long as I do the first two, the third one always happens. Nice simple agreement and never missed a day over it. | ||

sstachmoo, contracted employees can excercise seniority rights to transfer to a plant, store or hospital closer to home; when hours are cut at one location, they can make up the hours in another place;(many contracts guarantee employees 40hours); department and other positions are bid upon whereas the employees respective seniority-skill and ability are considered; health care benefits are negotiated and paid for. |
