The cleanup of the Jefferson-side building looks to be complete, and new, good-looking windows have been installed. Based on the health of the apartment being along that 1-mile stretch of Jefferson, I think the finished product here will succeed. | ||

This is great news. While it is not one of my favorite buildings, it was simply ridiculous to have such a building sit empty on riverfront property. Besides, the Beatles stayed there, you know.  |
