I would like to know if anyone knows if 1201 Woodward Avenue and the building next to it is for sale? One is on the corner of State St. & Woodward Avenue down from the Detroit Breakfast place. I would like to know some information until I pay the City of Detroit to use the online system to view important information about the two buildings. |

I'm not trying to buy the building. I was asked by someone to look up some information on it. They wanted to know who the owner was and was it for sale or lease. I thought since the forum is so informative I would ask here first before I went to the city to pay a fee just to view something I could find on here. |

I've never heard of Kefallinos selling any of his properties. He seems to acquire them and hold onto them. Every time I see that deteriorating wreck at Temple and Cass, I wish it would get knocked down. It would improve the neighborhood and there would be a clear view of the Masonic from Cass Avenue. But it just sits there, like so many of Kefallinos' properties. |
