I know it had a murky past, but someone had bought it and was sporadically presnting r&b shows. I think the last one was Natalie Cole on New Years Eve. Since then, nothing...

Just so we don't make this mistake again... this is not to be confused with the Ilitch owned Fine Arts Building (front of the Adams Theatre) on Grand Circus Park...

I'd like to know some more about this place. Is it about the size of the Gem? Rent-able for events?
