The Fourth Street Fair may be disorienting to those who don't know it. Unlike many other street fairs in the are, there are no Budweiser umbrellas, no Shea butter and sunglasses booths, and no "These Colors Don't Run" T-shirts. And that is not burning rope you smell underneath all the patchouli. | ||
