I have a friend who is involved in rebuilding a locomotive who needs a secure facility in the Detroit metropolitan area to do a cosmetic restoration.

Who knows of a building such as an old unused or partially used warehouse, etc. with a rail siding that would be available for 3 to 6 months?

Bob,
Check out http://www.signatureassociates .com/ . They have a wide variety of properties available in the city and burbs for sale/lease. BTW, I am in no way affiliated with them, so this is not an inside push. My company just had a good experience with them when expanding our AA office. JD
