What's the status of this project? It was mentioned on UCCA's site for a while, then a blurb in Crain's regained our attention...what's its status

I don't see why this isn't one of the most viable buildings to rehab. Turn it into student/artists studios maybe. The only thing that would hold back for some to rent/buy would be the parking. Definitely would fill up the streets with some cars!

I saw 3 dumpsters outside just yesterday, so I'm guessing it's getting cleared out.

Just a guess, but perhaps mothballing it while the developers wait for the real-estate market to rebound.
