Wyatt, who spent 30 years in the commercial construction business, co-founded the beverage company in 2006 that makes a line of energy drinks and flavored iced teas. He wants to make Detroit his base for marketing its products nationwide and in Latin America.

Good deal, Detroit.

It doesn't take but reading one article to realise the many opportunities for/in Detroit. Unfortunately many don't spend the five minutes to consider Detroit.

Yeah, how 'bout that guy moving from Philly?

To me, it's kind of random, but shows just how much of a splash Detroit is making. He's willing to move himself and a large piece of his business to Detroit because he sees potential, and he is moving out of a world-class neighborhood there in central Philly. Interesting.
