I noticed a sign for the first time at the SW corner of Grand and Vernor for the "Grand Garden Lofts". Does anyone know anything about this project?

I noticed the sign while making the observation that many buildings along E Grand have deteriorated quite noticeably in the last couple years. Is there a Grand Boulevard Association or something? I think that area could use a whole lot of help right now.
