Though it was only five minutes, it was worth the 35 dollars. I had a blast! I recommend it to all. The pics are on the first two pages on my flickr, sorry about the window glare... http://www.flickr.com/photos/b ohemianrobot/ |

I regret missing this. Robot, your photos really display all the empty lots in our downtown that we need to work on filling. Around CoPa, behind the Fox, and then keystone locations like the Statler and Hudson blocks. Things will look different in 5 years. |

Those buildings on the waterfront (apartments/ condos?) next to the Joe Louis arena in B-robot's pictures, IMG 2261, reminds me of Miami without the palm trees. (Message edited by Catman_Dude on June 23, 2007) |

Thanks for the kind words. Mackinaw and Mike, I agree with you both. I hope those "bald spots" become filled asap. It's quite bizarre looking from the sky. Bullet, I thought the same thing about owning a helicopter. Perhaps us dyes members could all pool some funds together and purchase one. |

Speaking of helicopters...Ive been by Selfridge ANG base. I have seen black unmarked military helicopters flying out of it, huey's and chinook's. |
